2023-2024 Executive Board
Operations Directors
Hi! My name is Alex Gerber (she/her), and I’m a third year student studying biomedical engineering with a minor in Spanish. I’m a Co-Operations Director for AMASE. AMASE has provided a great experience for me to engage with the Northwestern and greater Evanston community. The highlight of my time has been weekly lessons with my student. It’s wonderful to watch their progress and to have the opportunity to see their enthusiasm for learning. AMASE brings together a wonderful group of NU volunteers, dedicated to providing a positive experience for their students, and it also allows me to continue to pursue my own musical interests while teaching others. I'm looking forward to getting to play a greater role in managing AMASE this year and meeting more of our fantastic families and volunteers. A fun fact about me is that one of my favorite hobbies is ceramics.

Media Director
Hi! I'm Winnie Wang and I am a sophomore majoring in Psychology and Human Development in Context. I am super excited to be the Media Director running the social media accounts and helping to advertise our club through media. My favorite part of AMASE is getting to know the kids and seeing them grow during their time here. It's really nice to hear about their lives and also be a part of it once a week, and being able to provide them with music education is such a rewarding process. A fun fact about me is that I can solve a Rubik's pyramid but not a cube.
