To ensure the quality of our lessons, AMASE executive board provides training sessions for volunteers at the start of each quarter. These sessions are often led by a professional and/or experienced volunteers, and will work with our volunteers on creating effective lesson plans, and providing innovative tools for teaching special needs students.
A couple of times a year, AMASE volunteers and friends station themselves throughout campus and play their instruments. The money we raise goes toward purchasing music and instruments, creating programming for our students, and providing free services to our students! The Playathon also spreads awareness about AMASE and the special needs community.
